App: Games Hub: Calm & Chill
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application Games Hub: Calm & Chill (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We and our third-party partners may collect the following types of data:
- Identifiers: Advertising ID (e.g. IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), device identifiers, and similar IDs used for advertising and analytics.
- Usage data: How you use the App (e.g. in-game events, level progress, session length) to improve the App and for analytics.
- Diagnostics: Crash reports, performance data, and technical logs to fix bugs and improve stability.
We do not collect your name, email, or other directly identifying contact information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. via support).
2. How We Use This Information
- Third-party advertising: To show you relevant ads and measure ad performance. Ad partners may use identifiers and usage data for ad targeting and attribution.
- Analytics: To understand how the App is used and to improve gameplay and features.
- App functionality: To run the App (e.g. Remote Config for features and content), save progress, and provide a stable experience.
3. Third-Party Partners
We use SDKs and services from the following types of partners. Their own privacy policies apply to how they process data:
- Advertising & mediation: AppLovin (MAX), and mediation partners such as Chartboost, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, InMobi, Moloco, IronSource, Facebook Audience Network, Vungle, Fyber, Mintegral, ByteDance (TikTok), and other ad networks integrated via our mediation platform.
- Analytics & backend: Firebase (Google) for analytics, remote config, and crash reporting.
- Social: Facebook SDK for analytics and product features.
These partners may collect identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics as described in their privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
4. Tracking and Personalized Ads
On iOS, the App may request permission to track your activity across apps and websites for personalized advertising (App Tracking Transparency). If you allow tracking, ad partners may use your data for targeted ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant. You can change this later in your device Settings.
5. Data Retention and Security
We and our partners retain data as long as needed for the purposes above (e.g. advertising, analytics, crash reports). We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest; no system is completely secure.
6. Children
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or higher age where required). If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Opt-out of personalized ads: On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (or Advertising). On Android: Settings → Google → Ads (Opt out of Ads Personalization).
- Reset or limit identifiers: You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the App stops further collection by the App; partners may still hold data according to their policies.
- Contact us: For requests (e.g. access, deletion, or questions), use the contact details in Section 9.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and, for material changes, we may notify you in the App or via the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
